Most cases will involve 4 steps:

- Identifying the most appropriate academic support, such as the use of a tutor, supervisor, or both, from our extensive database of specialists.
- Meeting with the chosen tutor/supervisor to work out in a concrete manner the best plan of action to achieve your goals.
- Engagement with academic support programme to achieve success.
